The Forum Athletic Club is located inside Lenox Mall. Pull into the Lenox Mall parking lot from Lenox Road. Turn left to go into the parking deck (next to Macys). Pull into the lowest level of the parking deck and pull forward to the mall. You will see the Forum Athletic Club next to the steps that go inside the mall.
